Episode 05: They Are Looking At Us

Emma Donohue

Emma Donohue is a local artist whose goal with music is to invite the listener into freedom. She writes soulful songs from her heart about the freedom she has received through her relationship with Jesus Christ. Combining the stylistic feels of Adele, Norah Jones, and Tori Kelly, Emma Donohue has a unique sound through which she expresses an impactful message.

Emma grew up as a traveling missionary spending large portions of time in a squatters village in Mexico on the border. She is passionate about the beauty of life, the arts, and serving God.

Raistlin Brabson

From Franklin Co, Virginia, Raistlin has always had a passion for music. He started playing the drums at 7, switched to the guitar at about 15, then picked up the fiddle this past year. While he used to play many different genres of music, he has recently been obsessed with old time fiddle music and old country. His great great grandpa Grey Craig was a fiddler from Henry Co, Virginia, who played with many people including Charlie Poole. He has some of his records, plays one of his fiddles, and is trying to continue the legacy.
